Private Beta — Invitation Only

How it works

A complete journey — invitation to award reporting — with a person approving every fact, every draft, and every submission.

  1. 1. Accept your invitation

Beta access is by invitation. You request access, we review it, and you receive a single-use invitation tied to your email. Accepting it creates your workspace.

  2. 2. Build an approved profile

Choose the option that sounds like you — Church, Filmmaker, Farmer, Nonprofit, Small business — and confirm the details. Upload documents such as your determination letter, Form 990, and budgets. Extraction proposes facts with the page they came from; your team approves each one.

  3. 3. Discover and qualify

Search official feeds and permitted funder pages, or enter an opportunity your team already knows about. Each requirement is checked against your approved facts and comes back as pass, does not meet, unknown, or ask the funder — with the evidence used.

  4. 4. Draft, review, export

Draft answers from approved facts and reusable narratives. Every material sentence is labeled — approved fact, proposed commitment, external evidence, or missing — so nothing invented slips through. Reviewers approve exact versions; exports (DOCX, PDF, spreadsheet budget, attachment checklist) are yours to edit.

  5. 5. Submit yourself; track awards

You submit through the funder's own process and record the date and confirmation. Decisions, agreements, amendments, reporting deadlines, and payments are tracked in one place, and report drafts cite your approved evidence.

A note on scores

GrantScout shows eligibility, strategic relevance, evidence completeness, and application readiness as four separate indicators. It never combines them into one number, and none of them is a probability of being funded.
