Draft for review
Your workspace is yours
Everything you upload or write belongs to your workspace. No other applicant can see it. Goldstone staff cannot read your documents, facts, or applications unless a workspace Owner authorizes scoped, time-limited support access, and every such access is logged and visible to you.
What to upload — and what not to
Upload the documents funders ask for: determination letters, Form 990s, budgets, board lists, program materials. Please do not upload Social Security numbers, bank credentials, or identifiable case files. Use redacted stories and aggregate beneficiary information.
How AI is used
AI helps read documents, interpret funder wording, and draft answers. It only receives information from your workspace that the requesting member is permitted to see, and it never changes anything on its own — a person approves facts, drafts, and reviews. Prompts and completions are not stored; the usage of each request is.
Export and deletion
Owners can export the whole workspace at any time and can delete it. Deletion has a 14-day grace period for recovery, after which data is removed from our systems. Copies can persist in encrypted backups until those backups age out — the retention window is stated here once confirmed.
Sponsors and funders
Sponsors who pay for your access receive only the aggregate usage information you agreed to. Funders never receive anything from GrantScout; you submit through their own process.
